Loose Lead Walking - Sat 17th June 2017 - 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Is walking your dog proving to be a bit of a chore? Does your dog pay little or no attention to you as he tows you down the street? Would you like to be a part of your dogs walk, not just an accessory to it?

Not only is it frustrating to feel like you are in a constant battle with a dog who pulls, it can also be dangerous... both for you & your dog & for other members of the public.

During this workshop we will help you to understand the reasons why your dog pulls on the lead & the dangers involved in him doing so. Using reward based methods we will then show you how to teach them to walk politely at your side so you can enjoy your walks together.

This workshop is suitable for dogs of all ages, including puppies & no previous training experience is required.

Venue: Bilbrough Village Hall

Duration: 2hrs

Cost: £30 per dog

Places are strictly limited to a maximum of 6 dogs

Spectator only places: £20 per person

Prices include refreshments, handouts & certificate of attendance

Reliable Recalls - Sunday 2nd July - 11am - 1pm

Are you nervous about letting your dog off the lead for fear that he won't come back? Does your dog always come back but 'in his own time'?

Not only is it frustrating when your dog won't return to you, it can also be dangerous, both for him & other members of the public.

A reliable recall is one of the most important things you can teach your dog... one day it could save his life.

During this workshop we will show you fun, motivational methods to improve your dogs response to you, even when faced with tempting distractions.

This workshop is suitable for dogs of all ages, including puppies & no previous training experience is required.

Venue: Bilbrough Village Hall
